Along with other amenities, RNSIT Bangalore has a canteen that offers affordable South Indian and North Indian food. On the college’s campus, there are two hostels for guys and one for girls.

• Boys Hostel: On the campus of RNS Institute of Technology, there is a boys’ hostel. The hostel has enough for 530 students or such. Accommodation to the students is offered on a communal basis. The only furniture in the rooms is a cot, a table, and a chair.
• Girls Hostel: For female students, RNS Institute of Technology offers a separate residence. The hostel has space for 300 students in total. Early in the morning, both boys and girls can attend yoga and meditation lessons.
• Medical facilities: The college offers students, professors, and staff a first-aid kit and ambulance services that are available 27*7, seven days a week.
• Gym: An on-campus gym is available to RNSIT Bangalore employees and students. Both boys and girls can use this service, and there are several hours available for each.
• Library: The RNS Institute of Technology’s library opened its doors in 2001 with a selection of 2000 books. The library of the RNS Institute of Technology is automated. A selection of publications and magazines are available in the library. The K-NIMBUS platform is another platform via which the institute provides programmes like NPTEL and NDL.
• Sports facilities: Students who desire to participate in sports can do so at the college’s cutting-edge athletic facilities. A 17,000 square metre cricket field is now being constructed. Students take part in frequent practice sessions for sports like football, basketball, and cricket.
