The Training and Placement Cell at KIIT keeps close liaisons with Industries, businesses, and recruiting agencies. It also facilitates the training of students in different organizations. KIIT Group of Colleges is committed to providing all possible assistance to its graduates and post-graduates in their effort to find employment. This commitment is demonstrated by the existence of a full-time Training and Placement officer (TPO) at KIIT. The Training and Placement service operates year-round to facilitate contact between companies and graduates. KIIT has already developed a strong database with respect to placement associates. A well-knit and strong interface with the industry enables the institute to continuously send students for summer training and internship programs to reputed companies.

Staff in the Placement Cell is available to respond to student’s questions and concerns of all kinds. The aim is to ensure that students have the information and skills necessary for an effective job search. Training and Placement Cell is actively fostering industry meets and alliances. Guest lectures, workshops, and Round Table conferences are organized at KIIT Campus. Eminent professors, scientists and industry experts drawn from India and abroad take part in these activities from time to time. KIIT College of Engineering has the distinction of housing the Computer Society of India (CSI) -Gurgaon Chapter Secretariat located within its Campus. Various professional activities have also been organized in collaboration with the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE).

Entrepreneurship Workshops by NSIC

KIIT has been able to reap rich dividends as a result of the niche that it has created for itself. KIIT College of Engineering was awarded the Certificate of Excellence for being the ‘Best Upcoming Engineering College from NCR. (Gurgaon Zone) by New Age Buildcon. In the past, a number of campus drives/ interviews/job fairs were arranged for the students. Also, various campus placements were conducted by some of the well-established companies in the market. Besides the placement activities, the Training and Placement Cell initiated interactive sessions for the students with various industries, by inviting many high-level executives from the corporate houses. In other words, every effort is made to create opportunities for students to get placements. The training and Placement Cell at KIIT is meticulously working towards reaching the maximum placement level.
