About CMRIT Bangalore

CMRIT BTech admission is based on KCET. The provisional KCET 2024 answer key has been released on April 29, 2024. Candidates can raise objections against the provisional keys in case of any error from April 30 to May 7, 2024. After reviewing all the errors, KEA will release KCET final answer key 2024 by May 10, 2024 tentatively. KCET result 2024 will be released on May 20, 2024.

CMR Institute of Technology (CMRIT) was established in 2000. It is located in Bangalore and is approved by the AICTE. It is recognised by the UGC and the Government of Karnataka. CMRIT is accredited by the NBA and NAAC with an “A+” grade. The university is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University. CMRIT is a part of the CMR Group of Institutions.   • The CAT 2025 final answer key is now available on the official website, iimcat.ac.in. The results for CAT 2025 are expected to be declared by December 19, 2025.
  • The JEE Main 2026 Session 1 admit card is likely to be released between January 18 and 19, 2026. Registered candidates will be able to download the hall ticket from the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, by logging in with their credentials. The exam city intimation slip is expected to be issued in the first week of January 2026.
  • The CAT 2025 results are likely to be announced on December 19 or 20, 2025. The final answer key will be published on the official portal, iimcat.ac.in.
  • The MAT 2025 admit card for the December PBT exam has been released at mat.aima.in. Registered candidates can download it through login using their email ID, DOB, and password.The MAT PBT exam is scheduled for December 13, 2025
  • The CAT 2025 answer key and response sheet are now accessible on iimcat.ac.in. Candidates can submit objections from December 8 to 10 by paying a fee of ₹1200 for each challenge.

CMR Institute of Technology placement cell assists students and organizations in conducting a smooth and flawless placement drive. The placement cell is dedicated to ensuring that its students have a bright future and strives to achieve a 100% placement rate during interviews.

The Career Guidance and Placement Bureau is the name of the placement cell at CMRIT. It caters to students’ objectives and interests, guiding them to identify available careers that match their interests while also providing them with the necessary skills to prepare them for jobs in a variety of industries, as entrepreneurs, or for further studies. 

The placement cell provides career counseling and placement to students with a variety of interests and abilities, as well as placement services to organizations with a variety of needs. The CMRIT placement bureau covers all students from all departments and specializations at CMRIT. Organisations of all sizes, from start-ups to large, domestic to multinational enterprises, are welcome to participate in placement drives at the CMRIT Career Guidance and Placements Bureau.

The following are the steps involved in the CMR Institute of Technology Placement Process

  • Prior to the Campus Placement Drive Date: The placement cell will receive job requirements from the organizations, after which students will begin applying for jobs (the registration process), and the placement cell will email the registered students with company information and job descriptions.
  • On the Day of Campus Placements: Students will be given a pre-placement talk about their organization, followed by a written test and a group discussion. Those that are selected in the written test and a group discussion will be subjected to personal interviews as well as a student selection process.
  • Post to the Campus Placement Drive: Organisations will issue offer letters, which students must accept or reject based on their final decision. Students are given joining dates based on the clearance of offer letters, and if there is any training, the organizations will disclose post-joining training dates and all other procedures.

CMRIT Memorial Scholarships

The CMR Memorial Scholarships are awarded to students with financial needs, as determined by the CMR Scholarship Committee. It is a merit cum means scholarship.
